Operations and Communications Coordinator

Meg is HRMNY’s Operations and Client Support Coordinator, focused on supporting multi sector clients through a smooth onboarding and implementation journey. She ensures every organisation feels confident, supported, and fully equipped to use the HRMNY platform, while coordinating day to day operations, resolving client needs, and maintaining high quality service delivery. Her work strengthens trust, continuity, and user experience across HRMNY’s growing client base.

Sonam Penjor

AI Research and Technical support

Sonam is a technical analyst with 10+ years in digital operations, supporting HRMNY’s AI research through product troubleshooting, data analysis, and user centred system support. With experience serving over 200,000 users across complex digital platforms, he brings strong requirements analysis, workflow optimisation, and dependable technical assistance to ensure HRMNY’s AI tools are accurate, stable, and easy to adopt.

Quin Michaels

AI Workflow and client relations

Quin transforms complex service challenges into clear, AI powered workflows that drive smarter decisions and measurable impact. She specialises in AI discovery, GenAI use case design, and agile delivery, combining technical insight with strong client relationships. Her work spans public sector transformation, digital health, and enterprise innovation, ensuring HRMNY’s AI solutions are ethical, practical, and truly adopted.

Together they have built and scaled purpose-driven companies, led major international programmes, worked across NHS and social care systems, and advised boards at national level.
